Before an attorney or other professional participates, confirm identity, admission, current High Court roll entry, current-year Fidelity Fund certificate where applicable, discipline, competence, conflicts, engagement, fee, mandate, receiving-authority acceptance and exact scope directly with the Registrar and competent professional or receiving authority.
