Preparation pathways for El Salvador
These are narrow, versioned workflows for immigration to this country. A released pack does not establish eligibility or authorize filing.
No destination preparation pathway is available for El Salvador.
You may still create a research-only matter and store private intake information. Wayfinder will not present official forms, document checklists, readiness, or filing steps as available for this destination until a pathway-specific pack is researched, tested, and approved.

Filing boundary
Research-only catalogue observed 2026-07-16; not legal advice, eligibility, filing instruction or authority confirmation. It binds 56 core, 100 broader and 6 supplemental sources into 156 URLs; only the first six core and broader entries overlap; supplemental is disjoint. Monitoring is not configured. No reusable public API was verified; portals, email and payment links are not APIs. No operational pack, filing, payment, transmission, polling, collection, advice or government action is activated. DGME, border officers, Foreign Affairs, CODER and sector authorities have separate mandates. Visa, admission, stay, residence, work, licence, nationality, civil status, movement record and protection are separate. Reconcile 2020 DGME pages with later law and live instructions. Decree 531 of 17 March 2026 amended annual-presence, family-nationality and loss provisions; commencement controls. SIMPLE, email and counter access remain service-, actor- and account-specific. Nationality requires the Constitution, LEME and event date. Reconcile the July 2025 constitutional publication with the May 2026 official text and later reforms. Parentage, marriage, residence, investment or incorporation gives no automatic nationality. Forms F38-F41 are route aids, not entitlement or consolidation. Loss and retention remain human decisions. CODER is the refugee-status decision body; UNHCR does not replace it. El Salvador is party to the 1951 Convention, 1967 Protocol and 1954 Statelessness Convention, but not the 1961 Reduction Convention. Keep refugee and statelessness tests distinct. Never invent, rewrite, score or transmit testimony, credibility, exclusion, return risk or a recommendation. RNPN and local Family Status Registries have distinct acts; correction may be administrative, notarial or judicial. A foreign civil record has no automatic local effect. PGR, CONAPINA, courts and DGME retain separate child roles. Apply Salvadoran and HCCH adoption safeguards; no child departs before the competent order and no private matching is accepted. Minor-exit consent follows current DGME rules; a general power clause is insufficient. CSJ databases and electronic services are limited research, notification or case tools, not universal filing APIs. Lawyer and notary authorization, status, engagement, mandate and right to act are separate. Apostille is document- and destination-specific, verifies signature and capacity rather than content or acceptance, and retains published exclusions. e-APP remains human-facing. Official civil, family and notarial copies may be unconsolidated. MTPS work permission, DGME status, ISSS, pension and professional authorization are separate. Reconcile the older Labour Code download and 2025 worker checklist with 2026 enforcement notices and live SIPROMA instructions. CNR formation, registration, NIT, IVA, employer, municipal and sector permissions are separate. CreaEmpresa covers named integrations only. SAS fees and the 2024 investor guide are date-bound; incorporation creates no immigration, tax or operating right. DGII law, 2026 forms, calendar and e-invoicing rollout require chronology; status, NIT and company registration alone do not establish tax residence. DGA applies CAUCA, RECAUCA, DUCA and current national law; January and March 2026 amendments and the July 2026 procedure control over stale sheets. Transmission, selectivity, inspection, valuation, payment and release are separate. Origin, permits, preference and foreign clearance remain product-specific. CNR title, chain, liens, deed, tax, inscription and possession are separate. Constitution Article 109 reciprocity and exceptions require exact foreign rural-property facts. OPAMSS is local to the San Salvador Metropolitan Area. Searches do not guarantee clean title. Reconcile Monetary Integration Law with the 2025 Bitcoin reform. BCR, SSF, bank, digital-asset and tax roles are distinct; no account, transfer, conversion or repatriation outcome is guaranteed. The new LDA-FT-FPADM law took effect 24 October 2025; Article 61 preserves the prior UIF instruction until replacement. UIF, FGR, SSF, CNAD and supervisors retain distinct roles. Humans decide suspicion and reporting; never auto-file, reveal or monitor a report. Data Protection Law Decree 144 displaced the former LAIP personal-data chapter; verify current ACE rules, implementation periods and sector duties. No GDPR-equivalence claim is made. Degree incorporation, profession recognition, regulator registration, work permission and residence are separate; CSJ, MINED, CSSP, CVPCPA and other regulators control. Recheck publication, commencement, amendments, source health, route, actor, account, mandate, originals, legalisation, translation, signature, appearance, fee, deadline and remedy. Stop on stale or conflicting sources, unsupported access or requested government action. This catalogue creates no operational, representative-filing, payment, transmission, monitoring, decision or advice capability.
Representative participation
Representation is route-, authority-, actor-, account-, standing-, mandate-, date-, source-health- and personal-stage-specific. DGME guidance accepts a representative or delegate for selected record, no-restriction and residence-renewal acts only with the instrument and scope the named service requires; a foreign user needing DUI-only SIMPLE access must use the currently accepted Salvadoran representative route. None of those examples creates universal authority. Verify the attorney or notary through the CSJ source, then separately verify identity, current authorization, discipline, competence, engagement, conflicts, fees, mandate and acceptance by the receiving authority. A CSJ directory result, title, power or corporate appointment alone proves none of those other facts. The applicant may act personally only where the authority permits. No attorney, notary, employer, sponsor, family member, AI system or platform may transfer or reuse passwords, CAPTCHA answers, one-time codes, digital identity, e-signature, banking authority or government credentials, or replace a signature, oath, interview, testimony, biometric, medical, identity, original, inspection, hearing, border, payment, decision, receipt or collection stage assigned to a person. Confirm the current law, route, actor, account, location, mandate, form, evidence, signature, channel, fee, deadline, receipt, decision and remedy before any action.
