Preparation pathways for Gabon
These are narrow, versioned workflows for immigration to this country. A released pack does not establish eligibility or authorize filing.
No destination preparation pathway is available for Gabon.
You may still create a research-only matter and store private intake information. Wayfinder will not present official forms, document checklists, readiness, or filing steps as available for this destination until a pathway-specific pack is researched, tested, and approved.

Filing boundary
Research-only catalogue observed 2026-07-17; not legal advice, eligibility, filing instruction or authority confirmation. The source set has 56 core, 100 broader, 6 supplemental and 156 union URLs; core and broader share only their first six, and supplemental is disjoint. Monitoring is not configured and monitoring coverage is manual. Any automated update may snapshot an allowlisted public source and create a human-review draft only; it must never auto-publish law, rules, routes, forms, fees, status or capability. Gabon's Journal officiel is a publication repository, not a current consolidated immigration code. Reconcile Law 5/86, Decrees 999/PR and 1000/PR, later instruments, treaties, nationality- and passport-class-specific agreements, CEMAC rules, current DGDI and consular guidance, commencement, amendment, transition and source health before use. eVisa is currently described only for air entry through Léon-Mba International Airport and tells settlement applicants to consult DGDI; online data entry and upload do not eliminate ETA, arrival, passport, identity, border, sticker or personal stages. e-DGDI advertises specified services, including residence-card renewal, tourist eVisa, document tracking and complaints; that does not establish universal first issuance, every route, representative access or an API. The free tourist eVisa notice applied only to the 2025 Caravane and its stated 1 July-30 September 2025 application window; never treat it as a current general fee rule. The dated Foreign Ministry visa guidance and current eVisa page state different passport-validity formulations; stop and obtain current route-specific authority confirmation. Do not encode any visa or residence fee from a static form, dated notice or portal copy. Use the corrected Labour Code in Law 022/2021 as published in JO No. 163 Bis of 18 May 2022, not the error-bearing original, and reconcile it with Decree 0162/PR/MTE and current ONE/employment authority requirements. Ordinance 0004/PR/2026 on nationality was published in JO No. 108 Bis of 25 March 2026 while official May material still described parliamentary ratification; verify final ratification, amendments, commencement, caducity and transition before using it or the historical Law 37/98. eVisa, e-DGDI, DGDI, consulates, border police, ONE, employers, refugee authorities, Justice, APDPVP and courts have distinct functions. No open public developer filing, payment or reusable case-status API was verified. A portal, PDF, email, complaint channel or authority exchange creates no API. Never collect, share or replay passwords, CAPTCHA responses, one-time codes, signatures, payment data or identity-bound sessions; automate no account action, status polling, appointment, payment, filing, submission, transmission, authority contact, complaint or appeal. Forms are static candidates only; resolve the current official edition and verify route, actor, language, signature, evidence, fee and receiving-authority acceptance. Fees, exemptions, payee, currency, refund, timing, channel and method are live route-specific facts; encode no amount and initiate no payment without current official verification and human authorization. Identity, passport and original review, translation/legalisation, biometrics, interview, testimony, signature, attendance, collection and border stages remain human-controlled. Visa exemption is nationality-, passport-class-, agreement-, purpose-, duration- and implementation-specific; recent bilateral and reciprocity changes show high drift. Appealability, prior recourse, forum, deadline, service date, attachments, channel, suspensive effect and enforcement follow the exact decision, special law, current court structure and notice; create no generic immigration deadline or remedy. Official APDPVP material and Law 025/2023 do not establish Wayfinder's lawful basis, controller/processor roles, access, retention, transfer, security or DPIA compliance. Passport, biometric, refugee, family, health, criminal, financial, account and representative data are sensitive; minimize collection and fail closed until approved. Protection claims, testimony, credibility, exclusion and return risk require confidential human legal review and must never be invented, rewritten, scored, predicted or transmitted automatically. Recheck current law, authority, route, actor, account, mandate, form, evidence, personal stage, fee, receipt, decision, transition and remedy immediately before action. Stop on stale, inaccessible, conflicting, future-only, proposal-only or guidance-only material, missing facts, unsupported access or requested authority action. Wayfinder billing is per matter, not monthly; payment creates no representative authority or government-payment capability. This catalogue creates no operational workflow, form pack, monitoring, eligibility, decision, representative-filing, payment, portal-action, transmission, submission or legal-advice capability.
Representative participation
Representation is route-, authority-, actor-, account-, standing-, mandate-, date-, form-, decision- and personal-stage-specific. The Ministry of Justice lawyer list is headed 2019-2020 and is discovery only; it is not conclusive proof of identity, current Barreau du Gabon standing, immigration competence, conflicts, engagement, scope, mandate or receiving-authority acceptance. Manually verify Law 013/2014, the current Bar table, each of those facts and any signed power or authority-specific procedural admission before participation. A title, listing, firm affiliation, invitation, active attorney membership, workspace role or matter payment proves no authority. The administrative-jurisdiction code's reference to a regularly mandated representative does not create a universal DGDI, e-DGDI, eVisa, consular, labour, refugee or court filing right. Counsel may advise, prepare drafts or transmit material only where the exact route, recipient and rule permit it. The lawful account holder retains credentials, CAPTCHA, one-time codes, declarations, uploads, identity checks, biometrics, interviews, testimony, originals, signatures, payment authorization, tracking, complaints and required attendance. No open public standing, mandate, filing, payment or reusable case-status API was verified. Do not automate portal action, status polling, filing, submission, transmission, payment, authority contact, complaint or appeal. Verify current law, route, authority, actor, account, standing, mandate, form, evidence, fee, deadline, receipt, decision and remedy immediately before action. Any Wayfinder payment entitlement is per matter only and creates no legal authority, representative standing or government-payment capability.
