Preparation pathways for France
These are narrow, versioned workflows for immigration to this country. A released pack does not establish eligibility or authorize filing.
No destination preparation pathway is available for France.
You may still create a research-only matter and store private intake information. Wayfinder will not present official forms, document checklists, readiness, or filing steps as available for this destination until a pathway-specific pack is researched, tested, and approved.

This record identifies the government authority and current channel boundaries. It is independent from whether Wayfinder has released a preparation pathway.

Filing boundary
Research-only catalogue observed 2026-07-17; not legal advice, eligibility, filing instruction or authority confirmation. The source set has 56 core, 100 broader, 6 supplemental and 156 union URLs; core and broader share only their first six, and supplemental is disjoint. Monitoring is not configured and monitoring coverage is manual. Any automated update may snapshot an allowlisted public source and create a human-review draft only; it must never auto-publish law, rules, routes, forms, fees, status or capability. Current consolidated French-language CESEDA and Code civil text on Légifrance and official Journal instruments control; the individual decision and appeal notice also control remedies. Treat Law 2024-42 provision by provision and verify commencement, later amendment, consolidated text and transition. Decree 2025-648 introduced route-, cohort-, level- and exception-specific language and civic-exam rules from 1 January 2026; do not generalize them to every application or renewal. Decrees 2026-451, 2026-452, 2026-453, 2026-454, 2026-455, 2026-456 and 2026-463 and the related order changed asylum registration, introduction, border, reception and remedy procedures from 12 June 2026 through distinct provision, event and cohort gates. OFPRA's 9 June notice says its unified asylum form is distributed for claims registered from 12 June 2026 and retains the reopening form for specified claims introduced before that date; verify claim history, registration and current form. France-Visas, ANEF, prefectures, consulates, OFII, OFPRA, employers, labour authorities, CNDA and administrative courts have separate channels and functions. ANEF covers listed teleprocedures, not every route. Conseil d'Etat decision 502860 identifies specified system constraints and addresses support and substitute physical access under CESEDA R.431-2 when prescribed conditions are met; it does not make ANEF a universal channel or API. France-Visas online data entry and upload do not remove route-specific appointment, provider, consular filing, original, passport or biometric stages. France-Visas also disclaims exactness and continuous availability; current law and competent-authority confirmation control. No open public developer filing, payment or reusable case-status API for ANEF, France-Visas, OFPRA or CNDA was verified. No portal, PDF, email, court service or authority data exchange creates an API. Never collect, share or replay credentials, strong-authentication sessions, CAPTCHA responses, one-time codes, signatures or payment data; automate no identity-bound session, status polling, appointment, payment, filing, submission, transmission, authority contact, complaint or appeal. Forms and document URLs may change; resolve each item from the current official index and verify route, edition, language, signature, evidence and receiving-authority acceptance. Supplemental forms are static candidates only. Fees, fiscal stamps, provider charges, exemptions, payee, currency, refund, channel and payment method are live route- and actor-specific facts; encode no amount and initiate no payment without current official verification and human authorization. Identity, passport, original-document review, translation, legalisation or apostille, biometrics, interview, testimony, signature, appointment, collection and other personal stages remain human-controlled and route-specific. Overseas territories and bilateral-status routes require separate checks and cannot be inferred from a metropolitan general route. Appealability, forum, deadline, service date, attachments, channel, right to remain, suspensive effect and enforcement consequences come from the exact decision, legal basis and appeal notice; create no generic OQTF, CNDA or administrative-court deadline. Passport, biometric, asylum, health, criminal-record, family, financial, account and representative data are sensitive. Official privacy notices do not establish Wayfinder's lawful basis, controller and processor roles, access, retention, deletion, transfer, security or DPIA compliance; minimize collection and fail closed until approved. Protection claims, testimony, credibility, exclusion and return risk require confidential human legal review and must never be invented, rewritten, scored, predicted or transmitted automatically. Recheck current law, authority, route, actor, account, mandate, form, evidence, personal stage, fee, receipt, individual decision, transition and remedy immediately before action. Stop on stale, inaccessible, conflicting, future-only, proposal-only or guidance-only material, missing facts, unsupported access or requested authority action. Wayfinder billing is per matter, not monthly; payment creates no representative authority or government-payment capability. This catalogue creates no operational workflow, form pack, monitoring, eligibility, decision, representative-filing, payment, portal-action, transmission, submission or legal-advice capability.
Representative participation
Representation is route-, authority-, actor-, account-, standing-, mandate-, date-, form-, decision- and personal-stage-specific. The Conseil national des barreaux directory is a discovery and registration input based on local bar records, not conclusive proof of identity, current standing, immigration competence, conflicts, engagement, scope, mandate or receiving-authority acceptance. Manually verify each of those facts and any signed power, authority-specific form or procedural admission before participation. A title, directory result, firm affiliation, invitation, active attorney membership, workspace role or matter payment proves no authority. Counsel may advise, prepare drafts or transmit material only where the exact route, recipient and procedural rule permit it. France-Visas and ANEF accounts remain controlled by the lawful account holder; no counsel, employer, sponsor, family member, AI system or platform may take over credentials, strong-authentication sessions, CAPTCHA, one-time codes, declarations, identity checks, biometrics, interviews, testimony, originals, signatures, payment authorization, receipts or required attendance. The Conseil d'Etat's 5 May 2026 ANEF decision addresses listed residence-permit teleprocedures, user support and the statutory substitute physical route when prescribed conditions are met; it creates no representative filing right or public API. No open public standing, mandate, filing, payment or case-status API was verified. Do not automate portal action, status polling, filing, submission, transmission, payment, contact with an authority, complaint or appeal. Verify current law, authority, route, actor, account, standing, mandate, form, evidence, fee, deadline, receipt, individual decision and remedy immediately before any action. Any Wayfinder payment entitlement is per matter only and creates no legal authority, representative standing or government-payment capability.

Rules for records from France
These rules are keyed to where a record was issued, residence or citizenship, and police-history facts. The destination pathway is stated on every pack.
No source-specific document rules are published for records from France.
This does not mean records from this country are accepted without review. The controlling destination checklist and official instructions still apply, and unsupported country-document scope remains held for source research.
